Defiance Tech was part of the Hinduja Group (Ashok Leyland and Nissan India), is the Integrated Product Engineering and Digital Solutions Provider.

As a Sr. UxM Lead, i was leading the UX and design services. I worked closely with leadership team to identify new product releases, business objectives and priorities. Actively involved in creating UX solutions for cross platform requirements on web/mobile/kiosk/command-centre etc., using emerging technologies.

Social Media BI Dashboards

We ran the social media command centre for Nissan Global. As an extension of that, we conceptualised a BI Dashboard that offer real-time monitoring of social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram. and youtube. This dashboard track mentions and conversations related to NISSAN brand in real-time. It has the capability to gain insights into customer behaviour, market trends, and brand reputation, globally as well as for each country.
